Deloris Harwell and the staff were very informative and engaging. My daughter was nervous about receiving her most recent immunizations and the staff eased her fears by telling her what to expect. I like how they establish rapport with their patients. I also appreciate them listening to me as a parent.

alliyah l My family and I absolutely love the office and Dr. Harwell. I always recommend them to any new moms. My son, Karsyn loves her so much he tells me at least once a week that he is sick and wants to go see his doctor! The office is very welcoming, and I love that Renee knows my kids by name! Jadira V We love Miss Megan. She always takes care of my kids and they need to go see a specialist. She gets on top of every referral and make sure that everything‘s going as it’s supposed to be. She takes care of all my kids needs. She is an awesome nurse practitioner. I always make sure that we get to see her.Jadira V

Lana R I would recommend this clinic to anyone. It's easy to set up appointments and get checked in. The wait time is almost nonexistant. I don't even have time to get my baby fully undressed before the nurse and Dr enter the exam room! My daughter's Dr is Megan Sikes and we love her. She's cheerful and always seems to be excited to see her. At my last visit my baby recieved vaccines and we consulted the Dr about her eczema. The entire visit took MAYBE a half an hour from the moment I walked in to walking out! This place is very efficient! The atmosphere is light and welcoming and everything is very clean. I appreciate the text and call reminders for appointments and I love that they have an app where I can see summaries of our visits, access records, manage appointments, etc. Once I find something good that works, I stick with it. I'll be bringing my daughter her for as long as they'll have us!Lana R

Ruthy M My son had a wellness check-up on Tuesday, and despite a small issue with the clinic, I'm grateful that the upper management and medical staff went above and beyond to support us. They not only addressed his medical needs but also advocated for his developmental well-being by referring him for a speech therapy evaluation. The medical nurse was incredibly kind and gentle, making my son feel at ease - he even thought the examination was a game! Our practitioner was thorough and informative, taking the time to explain everything and provide additional resources for future reference. I highly recommend that parents take the time to read and understand the guidelines and protocols in place, as they are essential to the smooth operation of the facility.Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and definitely will recommend this clinic to others!Ruthy M

Michelle R We saw Ana Martinez and we loved her! So patient and kind! My baby doesn’t like strangers touching her or really talking to her either. She took her time with the exam did some in pieces and allowed me to ask any questions about concerns or general questions with patience and genuine respect and understanding. It made my baby’s visit much easier than she has ever experienced. I also love the patient portal you can message them instead of calling and they give you a report after each visit! 10/10 recommend!Michelle R

Tabitha I loved coming here when it was just Mrs. Deloris, her daughters and Mr. Brad. They were always so welcoming, caring and you could tell they love what they do. They have grown so much that sometimes it’s rushed because they are seeing so many more patients and their staff changes a lot.Tabitha

Kristi T They see my son Kaceton! I have left a good review before but I can’t help but leave another because I am so thankful for them. It’s so hard to find a good doctor these days. Someone who listens who cares who takes everything and anything into consideration they are so good to my baby!! They are hands down so sweet even the ladies up front. They are always on top of everything they are patient and so kind. I highly recommend them.. they care about you and your family and it’s so hard to find that these days. They are a clean office and I’m so glad I found them. My baby will always use them ❤️ He loves loves the Doctor and loves Mrs.Whitney hands down they are the BEST. I drive two hours for them to see my baby and the drive will always be worth it because they CARE.Kristi T

Adrian M Dr Martinez was very kind, thorough and treated my son like a person and not a number. First time visit forms ask for WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION. Exam room wall had boogers smeared on the wall. Concerning… nurse was very kind and professional. It’s impossible to forget your appointment time and date because they remind you many times. The cleaner needs to do better and this place will be a great pediatrician clinic.Adrian M
